Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium-size banana
1 cup skim milk or soy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup ice cubes (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Peel the banana and cut into chunks.

2. Place the banana, milk, vanilla, honey, and ice in a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture looks smooth, about 4 minutes.

3. Turn off the blender or processor. Stir with a wooden spoon to check that all of
the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Serve in tall glasses.
