Banana Cookies

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups of oats
1 cup of dates
1/3 cup canola oil  
1 tsp. vanilla

Method:
Mash bananas or blend in food processor (recommended), then stir in oats, dates, oil
and vanilla.
Mix and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.  Makes about
3 dozen.

Enjoy because they are yummy and very low in calories without all the
sugar and fat.
