More About Nutrition Concepts, Inc.
My journey to becoming a professional nutritionist came from the personal experience of losing my mom to cancer in the late 1990's. Losing my mom at such an early age was painful, so I became passionate about sharing what I was learning around the relationship between nutrition and wellness/disease. After several years of being an "armchair nutritionist", at the height of my career in Corporate America, I took a leap of faith, switched direction and obtained my MS in Holistic Nutrition in 2007 and I've never looked back.
I'm concerned about the growing health crisis in America and I know that nutrition and food plays a huge role in creating a healthier planet. Making food and nutrition education fun is what I strive for and my desire is to give my clients the tools to take back their health and live the most abundant life possible.
